Agency 90-Day Trial Terms

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

These terms govern the 90-day agency trial offered by ForaPost ("we", "us") to agency-program participants ("you", "your", "Agency"). They sit alongside ForaPost's standard Terms of Service; in case of conflict on trial-specific topics, these terms control.

Plain-English summary

1. Duration

The trial period is 90 calendar days, beginning on the date ForaPost activates the Agency's account. The trial auto-expires on day 91 unless converted to a paid plan.

2. Active Use Required

Agency trial accounts must demonstrate active use during the trial period. Specifically:

ForaPost may permanently delete accounts that fail to meet these thresholds, after a 14-day notice email (see Section 4).

3. Billing Information Required

A valid payment method must be added to the Agency's billing settings within the first 7 days of the trial.

No charges will occur during the trial period. The payment method is a prerequisite for keeping the trial active — not authorization to charge you. Agencies without a payment method after day 7 will receive a warning (see Section 4); accounts that still have no payment method by day 14 receive the final 14-day notice and are permanently deleted if the payment method is not added within the grace window.

4. Warning & Notice Schedule

If an Agency falls out of compliance with Sections 2 or 3 during the trial, ForaPost will send progressively firmer reminders before closing the account:

  1. Day 5 warning email — sent if any criterion is unmet by day 5 of the trial.
  2. Day 7 warning email — sent if any criterion remains unmet by day 7.
  3. Day 14 notice email — sent if any criterion remains unmet by day 14. This is the formal 14-day notice of account closure.
  4. Day 28 soft-delete — if the Agency still has not met all criteria within the 14-day notice window, the account is closed (see Section 5).

If at any point the Agency meets all criteria, no further warnings or notices are sent and the trial continues normally through day 90.

5. What Happens at Trial End or on Closure

6. Data Retention After Trial Close

Account data (client seats, posts, settings, analytics) is retained for 30 days after trial close in case of reactivation. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This 30-day retention window matches ForaPost's standard soft-delete policy for all account types.

7. Cancellation

An Agency may cancel the trial at any time before day 91 with no charge. To cancel, use the "Cancel Trial" action in agency settings or contact support@forapost.online.

8. Modification & Termination

ForaPost reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Material changes will be communicated to active trial accounts via the email on file. Trial Agencies whose accounts were activated before a modification continue under the prior terms for the remainder of their trial unless they explicitly accept the new ones.
