How does the AI manager learn my brand voice?+
During onboarding, you'll answer questions about your brand personality, tone, and values. You can also upload existing content (documents, videos, website) for the AI manager to analyze. This creates a unique voice profile that ensures all created content sounds authentically like you.
Which social media platforms do you support?+
We support all 8 major platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Bluesky. You can choose which platforms to post to, and the AI manager automatically adapts content format and length for each platform's best practices.
Can I review posts before they go live?+
Absolutely! You have full control. You can set posts to auto-publish, or require manual approval. You can also edit any created content before it goes live. Most users start with approval mode and switch to auto-publish once they're confident in their voice profile.
What kind of images and videos can the AI manager create?+
Your AI manager automatically creates images and short-form videos that match your brand voice and content themes. Everything is created based on your profile and collateral—no prompting required. Video credits vary by plan.
Is there a free tier?+
Yes! Our Free tier lets you try the platform with up to 30 posts per month on 1 platform, plus up to 4 videos per month. Upgrade to a paid plan anytime for more posts, platforms, and video credits. A credit card is required for all accounts to prevent abuse.
Why is 3-4 posts per day the maximum?+
Research consistently shows that quality beats quantity on social media. Posting 1-3 times per day is the sweet spot for engagement without overwhelming your audience. Beyond that, you hit diminishing returns—more posts can actually decrease overall engagement. We've optimized our plans around what actually works. Our Scale plan offers up to 4 posts/day for high-volume creators. That said, every brand is different: if you need higher volume for a multi-brand strategy or high-frequency campaigns, our Extra Posts add-on lets you schedule more.
What happens if I want to cancel?+
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days.
