When to Use It
Decision tree to help you pick the right feature: Catalog Maker vs. Collateral Upload vs. E-commerce Sync.

Which feature should you use?
Do you have an online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or Amazon)?
Use E-commerce Integration
It auto-syncs your product catalog so you don’t have to add items manually.
Do you want posts about specific products, services, or events?
Use Catalog Maker
Create catalog items for each thing you want featured in posts.
Use Collateral Upload
Upload general expertise and knowledge for your AI Manager to reference.
Use Catalog Maker when…
- You want posts about specific products or services — not just general expertise
- You have visual assets tied to individual items (dish photos, before/after transformations, property listings)
- You need time-based content (seasonal menus, event promotions, limited-time offers)
- You want control over which items get featured and how often
Don't use Catalog Maker when…
- You run an e-commerce store with Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, or Amazon — use E-commerce Integration instead
- You primarily share thought leadership or educational content — use Collateral Upload
- You have no visual or specific product/service to showcase — stick with Collateral Upload
Can you use multiple features?
Yes. A restaurant might upload their full menu as Collateral (so their AI Manager knows everything they offer), create 5 Catalog items for signature dishes (so your AI Manager features these specifically), and link supplier stories and chef notes to individual catalog items for richer context.
