Create your first catalog item right now with a quick step-by-step walkthrough.
Before you start
Make sure you've uploaded at least a few images or videos to your Collateral library. Catalog Maker links to these assets.
Create your first item
Navigate to Collateral → Catalog tab
Open your Collateral page and switch to the Catalog tab.
Click "Add Item"
Click the Add Item button in the top right corner.
Fill in 3 required fields
Title: "Cacio e Pepe" (be specific, not "pasta dish"). Description: "Classic Roman pasta with Pecorino Romano, black pepper, and bronze-cut spaghetti. Our most-ordered dish." Tag: Select "Food or Beverage".
Select a photo (optional)
Choose a photo from your uploaded collateral or leave on "AI decides" — your AI Manager will pick contextually appropriate media.
Click Save
Hit Save. Your catalog item is now live and ready for your AI Manager to use.
What happens next
Your AI Manager now knows to feature this dish in posts. It will pull the description you wrote, use the photo you selected (or choose contextually appropriate media), and balance posts about this item with your other catalog items automatically.
