- Link certifications/spec sheets to service offerings
- Link impact reports to nonprofit campaign items
- Link client testimonials to transformation case studies
- Link neighborhood guides to real estate listings

How to find the right collateral
When linking collateral to a catalog item, use the search field in the collateral picker to filter by filename. You can also filter by type (files or URLs) to narrow down your options.
Pro Tips
- •Start with your top 5–10 catalog items — link the most important collateral.
- •Don’t over-link — 1–3 files per item is plenty.
- •Update linked collateral seasonally (swap old impact reports for new ones).
