When to use this

  • Link supplier stories to restaurant menu items
  • Link certifications/spec sheets to service offerings
  • Link impact reports to nonprofit campaign items
  • Link client testimonials to transformation case studies
  • Link neighborhood guides to real estate listings

2

Scroll to "Linked Collateral"

Find the Linked Collateral section in the item editor.

3

How to find the right collateral

When linking collateral to a catalog item, use the search field in the collateral picker to filter by filename. You can also filter by type (files or URLs) to narrow down your options.

Pro Tips

  • Start with your top 5–10 catalog items — link the most important collateral.
  • Don’t over-link — 1–3 files per item is plenty.
  • Update linked collateral seasonally (swap old impact reports for new ones).
